On Sunday afternoon, November 18th, 2007, beginning at 3:00 pm, a special service and time of celebration was held. Celebrated was the consecration of the new four-stop elevator that provides full accessibility to all levels of the church and education wings.  Joining us for this special time was Bishop Jeremiah Park, resident Bishop of the New York Area of the United Methodist Church ….

Bishop Jeremiah Park offers words of welcome and encouragement 

At a 2006 Church Conference the commitment to make the church fully wheel-chair accessible was made. This work began in the spring of 2007 and is completed as of September. The project entailed the installation of a four-stop elevator to provide access to the two floors in the sanctuary building as well as the two floors in the education wing. Accompanying changes to the interior and exterior of the buildings were necessary, including a new accessibility entranceway. Below are recent photos of the exterior additions:
