The women of PRCC meet several times a year for social fellowship and to raise money for various projects and charities.

One of the major activities of the Women's Connection is the Holiday Fair.

The funds raised at this sale will go toward supporting the many missions the Women’s Connection has chosen to sponsor.  Some of these causes are close to home (we helped redecorate the kitchen in the church) some are far away (we’ve chosen to contribute to missions in others countries such as Malawi) and some are nearby (we’ve sponsored programs at the Women’s prison and local nursing homes).  You get to have a say in this choice when we meet.

March 15th - Women's Tea in the church Common Room.   

The Women’s Connection is all of us: young and old; daughters, mothers, and grandmothers; stay-at-home moms and working women.  We try to respond to the interests of all.  Currently there is a small walking group that meets Monday mornings to walk the path from park to town and back.  There are at least two book groups – one meeting in the day and one in the evening.  There’s a dedicated sewing group who makes bedrolls for the midnight runs.  In the past, several have met leading up to the Holiday Fair to work on projects to sell.  Several times a year, the entire group of women is invited to socialize at a supper either at the church or in one member’s home.  This past year we had a formal “high tea” for all to attend in her “finest.”   If you’re new or haven’t joined in an activity before, please give us a try.  If there’s something you’d like to see us get involved in, let us know
