Administrative Assistant / Promise Kids Leader
Rose Kim brings a wealth of talent and diverse skills to her role as Administrative Assistant at PRCC. Her background includes teaching music, working in the airline industry, managing medical offices, and directing a Church school. Having lived in several countries (Japan, Germany, Russia, and South Korea) before settling in the United States, Rose has been enriched by diverse cultural experiences. She believes her journey and her love for music can help spread faith and the message of Christ's love around the world. Rose's education includes studies at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Russia, Global Studies with a minor in Human Rights from the University of Washington, a Master of Theological Studies from Faith International University in Washington, and a Master of Music Education from Columbia University's Teacher's College in New York.
At PRCC, Rose leads the Promise Kids program (formerly Sunday School) and provides musical accompaniment on organ or piano as needed. She is currently working on establishing a non-profit organization called "Dream to All" and fostering collaborations between PRCC and other United Methodist Churches to benefit the community through music programs.
